#FSociety Wrestling Guidelines:
1. Discrimination, racism, or general hatred will not be tolerated.
2. While ribbing is allowed in good fun, if it crosses the line you will be warned. Excessive warnings will result in excessive discipline.
3. We are a roleplaying/storyline based fed. While roleplaying determines winners of matches, there are times when the fedheads and handlers can choose a winner based on storyline factors. If those instances ever do happen, all parties involved will know ahead of time.
4. All singles matches are two roleplays per character unless you and your opponent discuss a new limit and let the staff know. There will be a 48 hour deadline before the regular deadline and you can only post one rp after the 48 hour deadline passes. There will be a 8K word cap for each roleplay in a 2 rp per character match. If it's a 1 rp per character match, then theres no word cap.
5. Tag team match limits are more complicated. If it's two handlers versus two handlers, then each handler needs to do two roleplays for their character. But if it is one handler as a tag team, then the roleplay limit changes to two roleplays per team for that match unless discussed otherwise between handlers and the staff is notified.
6. We are primarily a 'shoot style' RPing fed but writers of all styles are welcomed. More emphasis will be put into judging parts of RP's that talk about wrestling and current storylines/matches. So keep in mind that you need to focus on your match relevancy. Character Development is judged, but to a lesser degree. If something happens off camera or intended for your opponent to not use against you, that is also something that won't be judged as highly. We value quality over quantity.
7. Off Camera portions of RPs are used for character development and should not be used against others in your roleplay. Off camera refers to as not seen. Warnings will be issued if this rule is broken and excessive breaking of said rule will result in role play disqualification. BUT PLEASE make sure to list OFF CAMERA and ON CAMERA. It doesn't matter if it may be "obvious". It needs to be listed one or the other.
8. If you need time off, please let us know. If you no-show twice in a row, we will stop booking you for following shows. If you miss a show, please contact us and let us know what is going on. We are always willing to work with people and understand that real life situations happens.
9. Segments are not required but will help your characters development and push greatly. We can only do so much pushing your character if you wont. If we have something that is needed from your character(s) we will get in contact with you. Our interviewer, Cass Baumer, can always be used without permission, for interviews on any of our shows or for RPs. But Cass Baumer also has a handler, which is Mike, who is also Kenzie Rydell on the roster. You can contact him through the boards or through twitter at Kenzie Rydell or @devilmaycass but remember, you can use Cass Baumer on your own free will. When it comes to the interviewer Cassie Ocampo, she is also the host. She'll be used more for special announcements and interviews and she is handled by Drew. Get in contact with him through his account on the boards or through Twitter Cassie Ocampo. if you wish to write a segment with the Cassie character. If you wish to write a segment involving Chris Night, get in contact with me (Robb) on the forums or on twitter on the @fsocietyfed account or @chrisnight_ account. A lot of times I will be in contact with you about writing segments and storyline stuff. Keep in mind though that I'm only one person and I can't come up with all the storylines on my own. You can also contact Matt for storyline stuff as well as he is the co-fedhead and he handles Drayton MacPhereson. He is also Locke & Keyes and you can find him on that twitter account @locke_and_Keyes. Also, feel free to brainstorm and work together or pitch ideas to me about who you may want to work with and I can put you together. I will have a lot of ideas on my own but I need you guys to be creative too!
10. Do not use other wrestlers without their handler's permission. If you want to do ambushes or attacks talk with the booking team before you write the segment to make sure the light is green.
11. All decisions by the booking team are final. You are welcome to question the decision and ask how we came to said decision. Understand that all feedback is meant as constructive criticism with the goal of helping to make your character better and your writing stronger.
12. Original wrestlers only. Please refer to the Pic Base Taken post in the Application Forum to see what pic bases are currently being used.
13. Have fun. At the end of the day, we like to compete, but we also want to have a good time doing it. This is a positive community. We want you to be part of it.
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in contact with Robb (Chris Night) or Matt (Drayton, Locke & Keyes)
